Processing Times

All in-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving payment.

Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, sales events, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, customers will be notified where possible.

Shipping Provider

CKL Country ships exclusively through Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location and service conditions. Estimated delivery times can be viewed on the Australia Post website.

Please note that shipping timeframes provided by Australia Post are estimates only and are not guaranteed by CKL Country.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring their parcel using the tracking information supplied.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as Pre-Order will include an estimated arrival and dispatch timeframe within the product description.

These timeframes are provided as a guide only and are based on information available at the time of listing. While we are generally confident in the estimated timelines provided, delays outside of our control can occur, including manufacturing, supplier, freight, customs, or shipping delays.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept that estimated dispatch dates are not guaranteed.

If significant delays occur, we will endeavour to provide updates to customers as soon as practical.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. CKL Country is not responsible for parcels delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Once a parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is managed by Australia Post. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post where applicable.
